For years now I have been wearing a beautiful scarf of New York city streets and have been asked many times "When are you making a scarf of The Melbourne Map?"
Well finally, here it is.... after a chance meeting with Australia's largest scarf manufacturer and many months of print testing on various fabrics I am so excited to now stock our first scarf. (watch this space for more designs to come!)
You have two options - and both are beautiful
Overall size of both scarves is 1100 x 1950mm - they are mighty in size, but so lovely and light. They look amazing as a shawl, or wrapped several times around your neck. They are large but light enough to style however you like.
100% silk is the premium fabric version. The printing is clear and crisp and penetrates all the way through the fabric. It weighs only 50 grams and folds down to the tiniest size to add to your handbag. Price is $145 - which *includes postage.
50/50% Cotton/Modal. I love this version just as much. The printing still packs a punch on the cotton/modal version but not quite as deep on the reverse side. It weighs 125 grams and also folds down to a compact size for traveling. Price is $85 *including postage

The scarf company is based in Melbourne and they print and sew them in their own facility in India.
